I think I had a dividend payment five days ago - in my account at ITI, if I click 'Cash statement' it's listed as 'Income from financial instrument' but it doesn't say for which stock. (I also have two other earlier dividend payments listed as 'Cash deposit' - I think those were paid into the Leonard Curtis side of things before moving across). The latest payment is recorded separately to the rest of my cash balance for some reason.

Thanks leonde. I have nothing showing in Cash statement so it seems as if your entry may well refer to a payment post SVS transfer of cash. Have you set up a Phoenix account or are you just On_Boarded like me? Wondering if it makes a difference.

Was able to log in today, 2 days in a row, now no shares and monies have been reduced, made contact with the new broker for them to solve the problem if possible, not going to waste anymore time with ITI and L&C.

Well, that is a misnomer. My holdings are valued at zero, with a summary page totting up the figures and then dividing by a figure that must be close to 50,000, so I have less than twenty quid in one of my accounts.
Two Phoenix account still Pending Approval.....
No sign of dividends being credited.
No share trading possible in either trading or ISA accounts.
No information, communication or updates from ITI....
Shambolic start, middle and end with this ongoing saga.
I did manage to get my cash out of my trading account by submitting a withdrawl form a couple of weeks ago. Like others have experienced it took about 5 days. Two transfer requests out to other brokers are submitted - with ii giving 7 weeks as a minimum timeline, and HL yet to advise.
I have a sinking feeling. At least I am in the fortunate position of not needing the cash / investments to buy food or pay the mortgage.

My on-boarding is complete but I don't think I've been given a Phoenix account despite clicking the button about two weeks ago. A screenshot (numbers erased) - the bottom two definitely show up on my SVS statement. I'll have to try and work out when that top one actually should have been paid.

edit: I reckon the payment I received on the 6th August was actually due on the 31st July.

Thanks again. It would  be helpful if ITI displayed the amount that was credited! Seems bizarre to me that they don't. Then again.....

Oh sorry, they do, it's just that I erased that part.

Fair enough! At least that's a bit encouraging - I'll just have to wait and see if my August dividends start to appear in due course.

Likewise, my holdings are showing up as less than a 100th of their total value, so my guess is either - 

1. They are looking to transfer the holdings to Phoenix, and as per the deadline on their website, do it within the 7 day time frame (I got my phoenix account credentials last wednesday) .
2. I withdrew some cash, so that messes up their systems.

Will wait and see if these guesses are correct or if like someone mentioned on the last page, this is a glitch which fixes itself.

I bought some shares today by phoning the broker line  (status on my ISA - on boarded account but Phoenix pending).
I asked if I would see these new purchase transactions when Phoenix is fully operational (date of purchase,  what was bought, what price, TAX for Mr HMRC + £7.95).. 
The broker said "no"... I find that gobsmacking.....I wonder if he is "confused"? Is he telling me that there is no traceability of share purchases?  Unbelievable! 

As for cash balances and asset values ....they are all awry! 
I'd say it's getting beyond a joke but that phase passed a long time ago. 

I have received some dividends ( not VOD , still waiting)....VOD dividends were in my iWeb account on the pay day.  I have no way of verifying what has been received from the info available from ITI.
