Of the 3 , the top candidate for taking on SVS accounts dropped out..they were almost about to sign but pulled out..they decided to take on other work instead. Don't know who they were.
This left 2 candidates.  One of the candidates was an ex SVS director, the FCA said "no". This left just ITI from an initial 100+ interested parties.
If it is true the iti were in the top three of over a hundred candidates.
i would like to see a list of the ones they beat .
I fact we should be able to that list now.

Clearly it would have been in the interest of most of us if LC had split the client base into the UK based ones and those overseas. If this had done this, there would have been plenty of competition for us from the main brokers and we would not be going through this extended nightmare.
There's little value in the 14,000 XO clients.  Most will have already opened accounts elsewhere. HL registered 188,000 new user accounts in their first half year of 2020. Other brokers proportionately similar numbers. To put matters in perspective.

  • I am able to log onto my ITI Qort account which says "on-Boarding approved" I can see my stocks (although one, BAe, shows 75 shares with a value of zero!). Could someone tell me how I transfer out I can't find where to do that on the site? Or do I just do it from a recipient site?

The usually accepted process is to simmply do it from recipient site.

Still waiting for my cash withdrawals requested 7 days ago to be actioned despite providing all the required paperwork. ITI are also not replying to any of my emails i have sent so what a complete shambles. A reputable company would action cash withdrawals within 48hours at the latest and of course would reply to emails rather than ignoring them. Has anyone actually managed to successfully withdraw any of their cash yet?
Yes, Cash withdrawals should be expedited. Has anyone had success in withdrawing this week from forms submitted this week. From reading last weeks posts on the forum, some of us have been able to withdraw cash. I havent seen anyone mention they submitted the form this week to transfer this week.

Yes i withdrew cash this week but not without hassle they told me i could withdraw to any acc in my name.
You have to send a statement of the bank you wish to withdraw to.
Still not able to log in keeps saying invalid name.
It is the Phoenix log in code and password code you put in the two boxes ?.
( it looks like it wants an e-mail )
The client number code and phoenix acc code number you do not use they told me ?

We submitted 2 cash withdrawal requests (one in my name and one in the wife's). This was early on Aug 5th (half past midnight) I noticed that the cash balance on my account had been reduced this morning (Sat 8th) but has not yet arrived at my bank.
I've just checked my wife's account for her, there has been no progress. Both requests were emailed to ITI within a few minutes of one another.

I still cannot log in to the ITI site, it keeps telling me that my user name or password are invalid, but I know that they are correct. So even if I wanted to do something, I can't.
    Frustration and anger.

Yes, the Phoenix Login ID and password they sent must be used to login. I use the link they provided, which launches a window in your browser. If i remember correctly, you have to reset your password when logging in for the first time.
