I solved this problem by using the original CRM link, not the public website, to sign in, using the CRM login ID not my email address, and my new password.johnburman said:Can anyone get into their new ITI account to-day Saturday? Tell me about it! That and HSBA ( blame Sam Woods of the PRA). Long long records of divi payments...broken!johnburman said:You are sure with Shell... At least until they reduced the divi by two thirds!
By the way, I'm having no problems logging on ( although the accounts are nonsense) and I changed my password on the Friday I got access.

I received an email for my ISA account a week ago but still no sign of my second trading account. For those of you with access to more than one account, grateful if someone could you please confirm my understanding that you receive a separate email from ITI for each account. I think that is what ITI said in their email yesterday but then again .........This whole process is exactly what we don't need after 12 months locked out but at least this forum is helping by sharing the pain!0

What and where is the CRM link? Apology for the ignorant question. I can log in from the ITI website, but there is nothing in it and I cannot open the Phoenix platform. Hope they solve it next week.Halty2 said:

The trading credit is added shortly after they collect the platform fee.ITICAPITAL said:Just joined ii successfully, has anyone any idea when they credit the £7.99 each month for your free trade.

I have one trading and one ISA account. I got one email, did the HooYu ID process and started onboarding the two accounts. The trading account went Ok and is accepted. The ISA is still in progress and has been stuck there for days. My account numbers are sequential, as I registered with SVS way back and opened both accounts at the same time.olderbutnowiser said:I received an email for my ISA account a week ago but still no sign of my second trading account. I believe some of the prices they show are from June, around the date of transfer. If Phoenix is mandatory, then i dont think the dashboard will show live / overnight prices, but that's just a guess.0
