Still waiting for my invitation email to start the onboarding process for 6 of my 10 accounts. The 4 accounts i have managed to start onboarding are stuck in limbo with many errors. There is also a problem with dividends paid recently (such as GSK on the 9/7) going missing and not being credited to the accounts. I have asked LC to post an urgent update on their website as ITI appear incapable of answering any questions.

does anyone know if iShares divis have been paid? ( into the ITI accounts). These were missing on the LC 18th May update.

I have been able to log-in and check the status - which is Onboarding submitted, 
same as last week. So, dont lose heart, maybe they will be able to magically sort all issues, no login and post login together.

take a  selfie or photo on your phone, send the photo to your computer and load it in the same way you load other documents
