beyond incompetent! You may have to wait a while when uploading the documents.......I managed to get in today to start the onboarding process, and it took 15-20 mins for the page to fully update to the point it showed the docs were approved and I could continue.I'm now at the "Onboarding submitted" stage......I expect that to eventually change to complete, after which I'll get an email telling me what to do next with this Phoenix platform........how long that takes though, I have no idea....This thread was started on August 3rd 2019, so there's not much time left before it'll have taken over a year......God help us if one of the big brokers/platforms ever goes bump, it could take years before you see your money if this is anything to go by....Still, the end is in sight.....I hope.

Contacted XO/Jarvis for the transfer. Sent them the form yesterday and received email stating that Jarvis has already contacted ITI Capital for the transfer. Anybody knows how the the transfer takes normally?

Anybody knows how the the transfer takes normally? It's not so much whether you CAN ask your new broker to transfer before on-boarding is completed, but whether there is any point in doing so. I asked this question yesterday and the consensus was to wait until on-boarding completed.Has anyone actually completed on-boarding? I rather doubt it. I suspect that adeel's broker's email request to transfer will be sitting at the bottom of the inbox at ITI. However I would be pleased to hear otherwise and it would be helpful adeel if you could kindly keep us up dated as to progress.1

Hello,
My status is "onboarding approved" so I am guessing this means that I am onboard ITI platform but I am unable to trade/withdraw cash. If you go to support center window, you will see that there is an open ticket "Transfer to Phoenix (Internal)" until this is completed we won't be able to trade or withdraw but I am guessing that the transfer can still progress as the assets are now with ITI capital.1 -
Looks like Jarvis are on the ball.
Our assets are with ITI and we've legitimately asked for a transfer....its up to ITI to make this happen. It is not our fault that they are slow ...but we should probably expect a long delay before any transfer happens.
The account numbers should stay the same, I was told by an ITI representative that there's no reason/plan to change the numbers.0
