DrEvazan, everything you need to know about PoPLA appeals can be found in post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
In particular:
If you have further questions then please start your own thread....don't feel you have to answer their questions, you should write a detailed appeal and attach it as a PDF along with photos (use the parking firm's own photo of the sign if the words are illegible and the £100 (or whatever) charge is not in LARGE letters.
Trying to deal with the different issues of two people in one thread can only lead to confusion.0 -

If you could also copy and paste the decision to the 'POPLA Decisions' sticky repository with the name of the PPC showing, that would be great as this thread of yours will slide down the forum if there are few subsequent comments, yet your result will remain pinned in the POPLA Decisions sticky near the top of the forum thread list, if posted there.
