Replacing rubber laptop "feet"

My laptop has gradually lost contact with its 4 rubber feet over the years
I still have them and have been trying to refit them
I have tried many sorts of adhesive - from "super glue" to rubber adhesive and can't get anything to permanently adhere them to the plastic laptop base...
Any suggestions ?

Clean the glue thoroughly off the laptop & get 4 new pads to stick on.0

Roughen up the surfaces you want to stick together to help the glue stick better. Make sure the surfaces to stick together are clean and dry. Buy decent adhesives. Decent 2 part epoxy would work, the non rapid stuff is better. Decent superglue would work too. Loctite do good adhesives. Their industrial glues are great.0

The feet are specific sizes to fit in "cut outs" on the laptop base - I don't think that they are worth buying replacements - they may cost a fortune

Clean all the existing gunk off feet and lappy, and cut a decent double-sided tape to size to reapply

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

How about something like these and cut to size?
