I put in to reclaim my bank charges a few months ago using the letters from this site and got a letter back saying its being hold off until the test case is complete. I recently heard that I can still claim without problems and theres a new letter to do this on here. Is this true and where can I find the letter?
Thanks, steve.
Thanks, steve.

This is correct. Unless you can demonstrate hardship, the waiver means banks do not have to investigate your charges. You can still file a court claim and this will most likely then be stayed until the test case outcome.
