UC - Triggers?

Hi,
I'm sure this is a simple question to answer so I apologise in advance, I've had a search around but can't seem to get a definitive answer - I'm sure somebody more knowledgeable will be able to put me right !
My partner and I are currently in receipt of legacy benefits (HB, CTX), dependant on how many hours worked per week. We have two children, seven and three, and she is currently in early pregnancy. I know that CTX would no longer be received for the subsequent child but would the birth be a change of circumstance to trigger a move to UC? I'm unsure because I don't think there is an element in UC either for a third child and obviously our current CTX claim wouldn't be affected.
Apologies again if this is a stupid question.
Thanks.

It's not a stupid question. The answer is no it's not a change of circumstances that requires a new Tax Credit claim so it doesn't trigger a move to UC.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
