My DRO has been submitted on 29th July by Step Change can anyone advise me how long it is taking at the moment for it to be approved. Have been told by StepChange I should hear back in about 10 days but have seen on hear that it can be quicker. Just want the stress to be over.

You shouldnt have any stress now, your intermediary would not have submited your application if they thought it had any chance of failure.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi, my Dro was issued, 31st July 2019. I had a visit from an enforcement officer today regarding pcns which are included in the DRO. He said they are not covered and is coming back later this week, to seize goods.0

Bailiff is wrong fixed penalty notices or penalty charge notices issued on behalf of a local authority, including those in relation to the London congestion charge, are not fines for the purpose of section 150 of the Magistrates Act 1980. They should be treated as qualifying debts and will be released at the end of the moratorium period. This is applicable to the majority of parking fines.
These are civil parking penalties and can therefore be included in your DRO. Now your DRO is approved I would write to the council and bailiff informing then that they no longer have a remedy for the debt without leave of the court.
Do not allow the bailiff entry, they cannot enter forcibly, under no circumstances allow them to seize anything.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
