Long time lurker, have had great success claiming back thanks to everyone’s help!

I have one account left. An old Index Catalogue account. Does anybody know a contact number or address that I use for this?

Looks like it would be Littlewoods, now Shop Direct.

Whether or not they have retained any pre 2005 records for Index I do not know.
