NO SCAM £60 ALLOWED ....... VCS did not make very much so they lost as well. That is the penalty of the small claims court

DISTRICT JUDGE ABIGAIL HICKINBOTTOM sitting at Sheffield County Court.

I could tell the Miss Jackson was ill prepared mostly due to lack of documents provided to her by VCS, and I still lost.

As you know, the legal system in the UK is in a complete mess

The county court system should really be employing people who understand the law and not be hoodwinked by a scammer
