Just wondering -

T&C state

ITEM 7: DRAW DETAILS & WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Entries across the KISS FM (UK) network including KISS 100 FM, KISS 101 FM, KISS 105-8 FM, Kisstory and KISS across the UK on DAB will be pooled together and within 1 day of the competition end date, one winner will be selected by electronic random draw.

Implying that entrants need to be from this area, however Item 5 states

The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom, (ii) are not one of our employees (or living with, or related to, one of our employees) and (iii) are not one the employees of any company associated with the competition (or living with, or related to, one of the employees).

Therefore, can entries from other areas be accepted? A little confused.

Areas outside the UK?

(there is no requirement to live within one of the station areas although Kiss on DAB is probably UK wide anyway)

The pooling of entries from across the websites is not confined to this competition or site/s and has no bearing on any geographic entry restrictions.

What area?

It doesn't imply that entrants need to be from any area. It is just stating that however you came to hear about the comp, and through whichever channel you enter (text/webform etc.), there is one shared prize.

This is the rule. It clearly excludes ROI and the rest of the world, so the only ambiguity is over entries from Channel Islands and IOM.
