My wife (registered vehicle owner) even thought was not the driver at the time received a parking charge notice of £100 issued by premier park ltd on the 9/3/3019 for exceeding maximum stay (stayed 1hr over the 3hr stated period) due to bad advice she has ignored all correspondence via those and ZZPS ltd and the debt has now risen to £182.
She now has a letter from QDR solicitors saying their "client may consider county court proceedings" and the threat of this has her worried.
Any advice on how to proceed will the appreciated.
Thankyou

QDR are low level legals owned by the disgraced Wright Hassall solicitors
The word "MAY" says it's just another debt collectors letter.
For QDR to go further they must by law, send you a Letter before claim, giving you 30 days to respond/rebut and provide you with proof of the claim.
YOU DO NOT OWE £182, they have added a fake amount to scam you, the courts do not like such abuse of process, read this

Thankyou
I was wondering why every letter received incurred more costs to the fine total.
What I've read I think my best way forward is wait for a LBC and go from there?0
