Would there be anyone happy to proofread and check my appeal against a PIP claim, please? I’ve looked at a few examples of letter layouts and suggestions and used the .Gov site, and I’m pretty sure I have the information I’ve needed to be included, but I want to be sure I’ve covered points correctly based on the justification used from the PA4? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

if you can get an appointment in time then try CAB or Welfare rights.0

You say appeal, but looking at your other threads i'm assuming you mean the MR?
If you can't get that advice. As advised on your other thread also you need to concentrate on which descriptors apply to you and your reasons why. Adding a couple of examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you will also help.
Avoid mentioning any lies because they won't be interested in any of those, they will only be interested in where you think you should have scored those points.
Most MR decisions remain the same so you'll very likely have to take it to Tribunal.0 -
I’m hoping this mandatory reconsideration won’t be one of those that doesn’t change. Aside from various inaccuracies and crap inference they’ve made, I’ve just set out each activity and explained why I think their decision is incorrect. Does that sound about right? My consultant has written a lengthy document explaining from her perspective why she also believes the assessment and award is not an accurate description of me and my disease. I’ve tried a few times to get in touch with CAB in person and online and been unable to do. As I say, I ‘think’ I’ve done what they want, but I just wanted to check that I had was all.0

All you need to do for the MR request is state where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. Adding a couple of real life examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you, will also help.
Mentioning any lies or contradictions won't help you because DWP and Tribunal won't be interested in any of those.
With MR success being as low as 18% it's very unlikely it will change at this stage and most have to take it to Tribunal.0 -
That’s what my consultant and I have done.
‘Activity 1: Preparing Food’
I find it difficult to lift, carry and raise pans saleflt, comfortably and reliably. In my interview, I explained I have scarring from previous burns attempting to cook meals for myself.’
I’ve gone through the rest and my consultant has copied my layout but gone into more detail about range of motion, movement and disease activity.0 -
Carrying pots and pans around the kitchen or carrying food to where it's to be eaten is not part of the criteria for this activity.
It's about your ability to prepare and cook a simple meal for one from fresh ingredients. It assesses ability to open packaging, peel and chop, serve food on to a plate and use a microwave oven or cooker hob to cook or heat food. Serving food means transferring food to a plate or bowl, it does not include presentation.
It helps to have some understanding of the descriptors and what they mean. When pointing on the descriptors which you think apply you need to tell them why you think they apply to you.
This link will help you have more understanding.

It’s interesting you say that because the justification specifically mentions because I drive, I have an ability to lift pans, use a hob as part of the preparation.0

I’m also confused by your answer that that is not included as part of preparation when the document you’ve linked me to makes reference to an ability to use pots and pans on a a job also0

What i said was carrying pots and pans around the kitchen is not part of the descriptor.0

You need to explain why you can't do that activity. Why have you burnt yourself, what's happened, how often have you burnt yourself. Do you need assistance, if so why? Do you use aids?
Did you score any points in this activity?0
