Worth appealing? BHX Airport Double Red Lines

Hi
Not looking for step by step advice on this as I've done some research on the other threads.
I pulled up twice (in different locations) at Birmingham Airport to pick some friends up with no idea that double red lines meant no stopping at any time. I'm expecting at least one PCN in the post (maybe two as I pulled over in different places? Not sure how that works) - in the suggested initial responses to these PCNs, all say not to disclose who the driver is and claim to only be the keeper of the vehicle. I made the mistake of getting out of the car to help with luggage, so I assume they have my face on camera as well as my car.
Quick question - is there any point in appealing this PCN if they know I was the driver?
Thanks

They have no idea who was driving so keep it that way, what happened on the day is irrelevant
No keeper liability for BHX due to bylaws, so appeal with the blue text template from the newbies sticky thread as Keeper and wait for your popla code
Then crib from other recent BHX apcoa popla appeals and draft your own0 -
Apcoa are so easy to beat0

Thank you, much appreciated0

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
