Just checking - in your #9 draft defence you state:-

"2. The facts are that the vehicle, registration XXXX, of which the Defendant is the registered keeper, was parked on the material date in a marked bay allocated to Company XXXX at XXXX Business Park, and had a valid permit to be parked in that bay."

But in the latest you say it is a residential property.

Yes I copy and pasted from word. I've printed it off and signed. The spaces are fine on the printed copy.

Most newbies don't until their IP address is blocked. Then the panic sets in.

We try to spot apparent Word c&p and warn, but we don't spot every one of them.

I'll make sure not to do it again. I've finally received SAR and I've emailed my signed defence to MCOL. I'll keep you all informed on my progress. That you all for your help. Would not have got this far without the forum.
