Complaint with SP
Long running problems, several complaints with SP eventually managed to get a three reading meter swapped to a single reading meter. Person handling that particular complaint phoned minutes after the meter guys left wanting me to close the complaint. I refused.
After the meter change I then ended up with dual fuel two account, both electric as I have no gas. This morning, eventually one of these account has been closed, they did admit to an error in web chat yesterday but didn’t send me the conversation that I requested.
Anyway I want to take the whole sorry saga to the Ombudsman and change my provider, question is should I wait to change provider?

Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama
