And yes, I saw the article in the Star, I can't imagine it is hurting their revenue stream from that car park much but it was a satisfying read.

Bananasparking can the final Defence letter be placed on line , I am in the exact same position ( driver parked 70 mins ) . Same Car park
I am trying to compile my defence and really feel out of my depth .

I don't have it handy but it raised the same points as post one, I just took a lot of the extra words out to make it shorter, more bold statements and less of the explanation. Please don't feel daunted, there are lots of people in the same boat as you who have successfully won recently.

How do i post it in the forum ?  it states it is 1993 character too long ?
