Praise to premier inn

So i made the mistake of booking a non flex rate for the wrong month i thought it was November but i was ment to book December :rotfl:

Called up the hotel and said there was nothing they could do at there end but gave me the details of head office and after calling them they changed the date for me no problem and as the booking was 19 pounds cheaper i will get refunded the extra!

so praise for premier inn :D

There's lots of complaints about people making non refundable booking and complaining the company didn't help, it's good to see some good news. I'm sure you were polite to customer services which also helps!

To be fair they very kindly refunded a non flex room for me a few months back when I was taken ill and was in hospital recently. It definitely pays to be polite

Yes i was polite as it always helps you out and it was my mistake so no one to blame but myself just happy they sorted it for me because as you said i have also heard some people get refused.
