Flue lining and burner replacement
Fadedflowers
After a smoke test (on my condemned old gas fire) I've been told I need to have the flue lined. This plus having the burner in the fire replaced to regulation standard, bricks replaced etc is being quoted at £595. Looking at similar posts it seems unfortunately like a fair quote 😁 Am I right in thinking so? Thanks

I'd expect it to be a bit more, so yes, fair.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
