My SIP Air Compressor has been working ok then suddenly when I start it to refill the air tank it surges instead of being continuous as it should be.
Can anyone please tell me what is wrong and how do I fix it?

Without knowing more detail, belts / or drive slipping somehow.
Or unloader valve faulty (There'd be a hiss when the machine speed picked up)
Or a leak somehow when pressure builds up before the non return valve.0 -
Could be the valves in the cylinder head failing, had a similar problem with a machine mart compressor which resulted in me buying a new compressor as the cost of the parts and the other wear and tear made a repair more expensive than another compressor.0
