Tax credits renewal taking ages!

Hi,

Does anyone know how long renewals are taking please??

I renewed on 23/5/19 and I think it should have been done by now. I am currently paying back an overpayment from last year at £100 a month and I have to carry on paying until the renewal is completed even though I think I have already paid back everything I need to because of an income change.

I’m sure it’s usually renewed by now

It should be anytime in the next few weeks. I renewed mine also about the same time as you and i haven't heard anything either.
