If I were you I would wait until completion, get the keys and then apply for a few new credit cards with long periods balance transfers and 0% interest on purchases.
Buying required furniture using your exciting credit cards, transferring the balances and then spreading them over time or using your new 0% on purchases cards would be a better option IMHO. As someone has already pointed the 0% deals with some retailers are not as good as they seem to look.0 -
