Hi,
Apologies if this has been posted in an earlier thread...
My husband and I have recently separated and he currently has our dog, although I still see her regularly (through his mum). He did have insurance for her, but I am not sure if he is still paying for it and we are not in touch for me to ask. I suspect he would lie to his mum/he wouldn't know if she asked on my behalf.
If I take out insurance for her in my name (the previous policy was in his name), would it invalidate his insurance, if he still has it?
TIA

The conditions of insurance normally state the dog has to live with you.0
