I am just wondering whether I can make a PPI claim for the compulsory insurance we were required to take out when paying my son's school fees. I've contacted the FCA and they didn't know!
The insurance was to cover the school fees in the event that we could not pay them.

If it is compulsory, then you cannot be missold.I've contacted the FCA and they didn't know!
That is not unexpected. It isn't what they are there for. Their front line staff are not trained or knowledgeable in such things.0
