Did you press save after editing??
I thought I had, but clearly not. I've refreshed to check, and it looks like it's saved it now.
    Thanks again.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

As we were away from home at the time, should it be our MP or the one in the hotels location? Thanks for this.

    Your MP.

Although I am sure the other MP would like to know exactly what is going on in his constituency, so why not tell him too?

Whenever communicating with an MP you should always go to your own. They represent you, another MP does not.

You can cc in the MP for the area involved but make it clear that's what you are doing and that it's just to make them aware.
