Need emergency tarp over neighbours missing roof to protect my party wall

My neighbours house ( semi) had major fire recently and roof burnt off over back bedroom which shares party wall with ours. Inside our wall was soaked from fire hoses but seemed to be drying out when insurers loss adjustor visited 10 days ago.. He recommended redecoration but did not comment on protecting our party wall from elements in his report. Probably because wall appeared intact from our side.
There was heavy rain last weekend and our side of exposed party wall got very wet and soot stained by water leaking thru from exposed party wall on next doors side. Next doors insurers have their contractors working on outside front only of their house at present. Not safe to go inside. No plans to put on tin hat over both houses at present.
More rain is forecast and I am trying to convince my insurers, via their Loss adjusters, to make my house watertight. Not being very responsive. I think I may have to get this done myself as temporary fix. Anyone suggest how this might be done? Exposed party/ bedroom wall is on second floor.
