I've ordered v shark on Amazon

Hi, everyone, I'm back with a short update on my Shark 

I want to warn you that parts are not covered with the warranty and SUPER expensive, I've spent $75 on a new floor noozle
That's really upsetting for my thrifty soul

 Well, the noozle's brushes just stop turning (no visible reason), but they were not clogged and the only thing their support offered is to purchase a new noozle as there is no way to fix turning mechanism (something like that) and the warranty only covers the motor.
The old noozle can still be used but when brushed are not spinning they don't collect hair properly and not as easy to move

Did you take the brushes out of the floor head to see if there was a blockage, did you ever clean the floor brushes?

I can't see how the brushes would not turn if the motor is working fine and there isn't a blockage of some sort. I think there's more to do this as I can't see anywhere in their warranty terms that states that it applies to the motor only, sounds to me that they disputed the claim due to excess wear & tear by not maintaining the vacuum properly.
