I want to warn you that parts are not covered with the warranty and SUPER expensive, I've spent $75on a new floor noozle

Did you take the brushes out of the floor head to see if there was a blockage, did you ever clean the floor brushes?
I can't see how the brushes would not turn if the motor is working fine and there isn't a blockage of some sort. I think there's more to do this as I can't see anywhere in their warranty terms that states that it applies to the motor only, sounds to me that they disputed the claim due to excess wear & tear by not maintaining the vacuum properly.0
