    they're cheaper because .... even though people waited 11 years in those dire areas, there's still nobody that wants to buy houses there.

    Where I live, it's a different story.

    There are people who want to buy houses in EVERY area, just not at a silly price though.

    There is a reason why no one answered your last question.....you are a laughing stock as your ‘predictions’ for a house price crash for the last 10 years have been totally wrong.

    Only you would revive a thread that only you last commented on! People ignore you because you write nonsense and have been wrong for over 10 years.

    Except you? If the question had been "Are half of UK homes soaring above last years price" there would have been no end of joyful replies IMO. The fact that this place is so quiet now, much less property cheer-leading, is also a positive sign of things to come I think.
