There will only be one (1) winner. Prize winner and their travel companion must be over 18 and must travel on the same itinerary. Sandals Resorts are for couples and all accommodations include one king size bed. 4. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. 5. The prize is one seven-night (7) Luxury Included® (all-inclusive) holiday for two (2) adults at Sandals Montego Bay in one deluxe room with a king size bed (subject to availability and selected blackout dates) and two (2) economy class return flights from London, subject to availability. 5. The resort accommodations are inclusive of all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkelling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, gratuities and resort transfers to and from the resort’s designated airport. 6. The prize excludes domestic transfers, including any internal flights or transportation to London, Spending money, Telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Resorts Specialty Shops. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Prize package description, including but not limited to, all ground transportation (outside of local airport transfers in the Caribbean), Travel insurance, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and taxes. 7. Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Passports are required for international travel. 8. The Prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during blackout dates (22 July-18 August 2019, 26 December 2019-1 January 2020, 10-20 February 2020) and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airline. 9. The Prize must be redeemed before 1 September 2020 and it is strictly non-transferable, no cash alternative and non-redeemable for cash. If the winner is unable to redeem the Prize within the specified time the Prize will be forfeited. 10. The Prize is subject to Sandals Resorts terms and conditions and Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate the Prize winner from the stated resort to an alternative Sandals Resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates booked due to any circumstance beyond their control. 11. Each Entrant agrees as a condition of possibly being awarded the Prize to release and hold harmless the Prize Provider and its affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and insurers from and against any and all claims, causes of action and/or liability for any injuries, illness, death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the competition or receipt or possession, use or misuse of the Prize or any element thereof. 12.
