Splitting up

Hi, me and my wife are unfortunately splitting up.

I would like to know, am I responsible for any of her debts on her PERSONAL bank accounts. Such as overdrafts, etc?

Thanks.

Each individual is responsible for their own debts assuming the debt was an individual one and not a joint one. Your bank can confirm
