I watch it through my TV's app, he watches it on his laptop, often connected to a TV - which can be done for Now TV. Never had any issues. Probably outside the T&C's, but would be difficult to prove I'm doing anything wrong, as they are often at ours, or we at there's, using our own accounts as is allowed. It's quid pro quo for other TV providers as well between us.
Some advice please. I did the £179 sub last year and I've now subscribed to the new 12-months pass. I use a stick and the remote and watch on TV (Samsung compatible). My brother who lives 90 miles away used weekly and monthly passes last season and using a NowTV smart box he also watches on TV.
My question is what happens next? Do I have to nominate another device via my account and how do I identify it? I've seen the list on the website and I've obviously got to get it right! If I have have to allow him to access my account, that won't be a problem.
So, please, what is the sequence of events? TYIA
PS: Neither of us is interested in anything but Sports and only I will use iPlayer etc, though that will be minimal.0 -
AFAIK, the device list is self-maintaining. You set up the new device using your original email address and password, and Now TV adds it on to your account.
You can then use Device Management to manage them.
There's some help info here:

TY. The problem with that is that when my brother logs in to my account on his tablet (he has nothing more sophisticated) the system would link to the tablet and not to his TV - IF I understand it correctly. He would not want that at all.0 -

Why is he now not logging in using his NowTV smart box using your details?0 -
The Devices menu allows you to delete devices you no longer want to use with Now TV.
The rules are:-
You can add up to 6 devices (and watch on 2 at the same time).
After you've added your first 6 devices, you can swap 3 devices every calendar month.0 -

I'm not familiar with the smart box, can you use it to log into your account? Do the log in details appear on the TV screen? (No point asking my bro, he's a refusenik re technology, his daughter will guide him).0 -

If he was using it last year he or someone else must have logged in with his account details. Get him / them to go to "Home", "My Account" and log out and then log in with your details. All on the TV screen.0
