Holiday home rental insurance advice

My brother has a holiday home in Republic of Ireland. He has recently renovated it, and is now going to be letting it out. He lives in Scotland, and is wondering how to go about getting insurance for when people stay before he advertises. Does anyone know the best cover to get or where he could get quotes online? Thank you

I would expect via Irish-based insurance brokers or comparison sites. Doesn't he already have insurance?0

Try asking Allied Irish bank if there's a branch in his area, they might know or offer insurance - a lot of banks do.
They have branches in Scotland.
EDIT: He could also find an independant insurance broker and ask whoeveritis what they could find for him, sometimes they work out cheaper than comparison sites.0
