Hi folks,
I’m looking for a nice true navy paint for my kitchen cabinets. I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t find anything that would do. I’ve been told that I’m best to look for a satinwood paint or kitchen cupboard paint but can’t find it in navy! I’m in NI so I’m a little more limited (no Wilkos etc). Is there any other type of paint I can use? Any help is greatly appreciated! I’ve just moved into my first home and I am a novice at DIY!!!

Can you find a navy wood paint, possibly in the fence section of a DIY store?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

Have a look at Frenchic paint website or the frenchic fan forum on facebook. I'm a recent convert to this brand and wish I'd found it before I painted my kitchen!0

We used a farrow and ball paint. They have lots of dark blue paints in different finishes. The paint was very expensive.
Unfortunately I don’t think the preparation was good enough and it is already coming off. Very disappointing. I don’t know but I suspect the unit should have been sanded a bit more first. We used a professional painter.0
