Which way up does Cloud 9 underlay go?

Hi,
This may seem like an obvious question, however just want to make sure I don't get it wrong
I have some Cloud 9 Cirrus underlay I need to lay. Which way up does the brown side with the Cloud 9 writing go on? Does it go on the underside facing the concrete / floorboards or the topside facing the carpet?
