Hi everyone, need your help here! Picked up penalty for entering Park road in Cheam , Sutton now the sign says no entry except for loading by 7.5t . I was driving 7.5t and delivered on Church farm lane which is just of Park road assuming I was doing the right thing! NOT according to Sutton Council-apparently if I’m not delivering on Park road I have broken the law??? Do I appeal to the Parking Adjudicator and risk paying £130 or pay £65 and forget about it! Thanks in advance

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
