I do have the county court claim, I submitted an acknowledgement of service (which was actually over 14 days after receiving, but it still seems ok), last Tuesday 27th July, which I gather gives me til Tuesday 10th August.0 -
original charge was actually £100 to Britannia , not £160 (its never over £100)
add the abuse of process paragraphs by coupon mad from the beaberguy thread , which will take it up to about 18 paragraphs for starters
if you post the actual ISSUE DATE from the claim form, we can tell you the deadline day for submission by email0 -
