Been reading this with interest
You could use scrapy to get the web page into a decent format for ingesting.
Like the idea of the IMPORTXML function.

Was loking good using Gaier Software Quote Add-in but have hit a problem, DKK to GBP does not seem to work. Has anyone found how to get currency rates displayed?

=QUOTE("245.20.DKKGBPLITE","Last")
returns #NULL!

Lots of sources to get the variety of current currency conversion rates but I assume you will want historical rates too?

No need for historic rates, just current FX rate would be sufficient.

Google sheets does latest currency conversion

Inspired by this thread, created Google sheet with latest share prices, converted to GBP in column next to share price in GS, created sharable link in GS, got Excel to import data from website from that sharable link

For funds did the same, found link through search for formula which references H&L data, just changed webpage link in formula for any fund H&L gives data for
