PayPal and Multiple Currencies

Hi folks, hoping some of you can help me out - I've googled and read a few of PayPal's help articles, but I'm still a bit unsure.

First a bit of backstory: I'm Scottish, but I've recently moved to the Republic of Ireland to start a new job. I've now got bank accounts in two different currencies - my GBP accounts from before I moved and my new Euro account.

Is it possible to link a PayPal account to bank accounts in two different countries with two different currencies? Meaning I could use money from my IRE account to fund purchases in Euro and use money from my UK account to fund purchases in GBP, without any of them being classed as an "international payment". Does that make sense?

Thanks for your help.
