The advice to ignore a PCN has not been given here since the law changed in 2012.

You should edit your post to remove information about who had overstayed, and whose BB was displayed. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people. ;)
    Parking scammers read these fora.

Send an SAR to the scammers as per the NEWBIES. This should flush out everything the PPC is supposed to hold about you including photos taken at the time of the alleged event.

Ignore debt crawlers. Post 4 of the NEWBIES explains why it is safe to do so.

The blue badge scheme does not apply on private land, but the Equality Act 2010 does. If a disabled motorist needs more time then the EA may come in to play.

The Keeper should complain to their MP about this unregulated scam. What happened when they complained to the landowner?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Everyone is asked to read up on this in the newbies faq thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to go about dealing with it and debt collectors

(You can safely ignore debt collectors)

You now ignore everything except a lbcca or court correspondence

If you have used your real name as your forum name then you need to get MSE to change it to something anonymous

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you in Court

They have 6 years to start legal proceedings against you

If the parking charge is based on ANPR camera capture, there'll only be two photos, one on entry, the other on exit. ANPR will never pick up a blue badge. And in any case, you're unlikely to be driving in and out with the BB open on your dashboard.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
