Yes I know the hire won't be for long, they sent me a text on friday to say the bike was beyond economical repair so I'm expecting a call from my insurer on Monday.

Action365 are acting on behalf of the 3rd party.

I'll have to wait and see what they say, what the timeframe will be and how long the hire will last for once the insurers make everything official.
    Basically without transport I'm screwed.
I've only had the hire bike since thursday and a hire bike is included on my policy so I should have some time at least. They will be claiming all the hire charges from the third party so they probably won't be in too much of a rush.

If I have the option to take my bike back that would be the easiest solution, I just hope the damage is only cosmetic and the forks etc. are ok but I won't know until I get the report.
