Hi all, I'm new and out of the loop re my rights in responding (or not) to parking fines so looking for guidance here please!
Scenario 1 - my parking permit had expired without me realising. CN issued by Ace.
Scenario 2- whilst awaiting new permit, used my visitor's parking permit for designated 24 hours, leaving old permit visible; received a further CN as (having, by chance, caught the 'warden' and challenged him) they argued that as a tenant, I could not use a visitor permit.
First scenario, my mistake. Second, complete P!ss take in my view.
Can't see this firm listed on BCP, can anyone confirm if they are registered with IPC please?
Can I ignore these rightfully with the firm struggling to proceed further, or am I to just pay up? I am very reluctant to pay these as both times I have parked literally outside my own premises.
Thanks people!!

Neither, you should follow the advice in the newbies thread and appeal each one, once only
Plus complain to the MA and insist that these are cancelled
Check your lease for primacy of contract, see what it says about parking in your own space (or doesn't say)
Look under A on the IPC site under Pace Recovery, they won't be on the BPA list
It is NOT a fine, they are both invoices0 -
Thank you :-)0
