Hi guys,

I received a letter today (see image)

This is the first time I have known about this they say they sent a letter previously but it's the first I'm hearing of it.

I don't mind paying it but to add £75 and say I had a letter previously is incorrect what can I do?? & Should I pay it and sort it out after?

As yours is a council issued Penalty Charge, you are best advised to seek help at pepipoo forums. When signing up, do not use a hotmail email address - it won't work.
