MBNA Interest Rate Up by 12%

I've just come off the phone from MBNA, they have increased my interest rate by 12%.:mad: I have challenged this and all I got was a "stuff you attitude".:rolleyes:

I threatened to transfer the balance and all I got was "it's your priviledge Sir".
So I transferred the balance to an Abbey 0% Balance Transfer Card. She was not at all happy and tried to offer me a deal. "it's your priviledge Madam" but sorry Stuff You.:T

There are numerous threads about MBNA uping their rates. Seems standard practice after the 0% period is up.

There was no )% period I have had the card for 2 years.
