Tread Shoes

For the past 8 years I have bought a well known high street brand of school shoe for my two children.
I have been looking at Tread Shoes online and have been impressed by what I see.
Has anyone else ordered from them and if so please can you let me know your thoughts?
Thanks.

Personally, I wouldn't buy school shoes over the internet. I always make sure we go into a shoe shop where they measure the feet and have experienced fitters.
With my DD, we have had the experience of trying two different styles from the same brand in the same size where one style fitted beautifully but the other gaped and wouldn't have supported her feet. I may not have spotted that, but when the fitter showed me it was obvious.
Up until mid-teens, the bones in their feet need properly fitting shoes so that they don't get put out of shape for life.2021 - mission declutter and clean - 0/20210 -
DS had treads this year.
They did indeed last the full school year and he is really rough with them (mainly football!!). The first pair (velcro ones) the metal eye broke, so they replaced them without us even having to send the other ones back.
The second pair were lace ups (no replacements in his size, so had to choose an alternative) but were great.
They have a large insole to help adjust the size.
They also do free returns if the size is wrong.
We will probably get another pair this year, although his M&S pair also performed quite well the year before!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
