Going around in loops with experian statutory credit report

I've requested an online statutory credit report from experian.

I received a passkey in the post; however it does not work, "the passkey does not match". I then requested another; same thing. I've contacted them by email, they sent another passkey; same thing, not valid. The another was sent to me; same thing.

There does not seem to be any way for me to contact them effectively, so I'm wondering what my options are at this point? Experian do not seem to have a complaints department for this, is there someone else I can complain to?

More importantly though, I'd just like to see my credit report!

Any help appreciated!

    If you really want your 'live' statutory report from Experian, then I would send them an email marked 'Complaint' and raise your issue that way. Their email address is CustomerRelations@uk.experian.com. If your complaint cannot be resolved, then you can escalate to the ICO.

    Other than that, I would do as Gary suggests, and register for MSE Credit Club :)

  • They make it as tedious as possible to access your statutory report.
  • What's up with the Credit Club? When I login I get a message that I'm not verified with a 'resend verification email' button but I'm not receiving any new email when I click that... Prior to logging in I see a banner saying there are technical gremlins for a few users. Is this what that's referring to?

    I had accessed Credit Club in the past. Am I one of the few? How long before we can get back in? Ta.
