Since there’s no more comments I understand my defence is spot on.
    I’ll send it then

    Why the rush?

You still have over a week to file your Defence.

It is holiday season. There are not many people about who are willing to comment on a Defence.

Can I ask another question please.
How can I get a script of the previous case. I read that I need a printout of all the cases mentioned in my defence.
    I still need :
    UKPC v Kapasi C6HW2J0P and
    UKPC v Mr Aziz Birmingham 9/1/2017 C2HW01A6.

Very few cases carry transcripts. Only those where the defendant/claimant actually pays for them (and they are far from cheap) and they put them in the public domain can they be accessed.

Unless you can find them via Google (neither are on either of The Parking Prankster's Case Law websites), they're not likely to have been purchased.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Thank you for that.
Is it still ok to use those cases as an example? I found the outcome of them on the Internet (including Parking Prankster website)

As long as you have an understanding of their relevance to your own case. Don't quote random court cases 'blind'.

Hi. When is the time to claim expenses? I’ve seen Witnesses Statements including it and case summaries where Defendant asked for expenses after judge ruling.
    How to do it please?

Current advice is to file your costs schedule at the same time as your Witness Statement (WS). If you have already filed and served your WS, send it to the court and claimant at least 3 days before the case is due.

Thank you. Is cost schedule a separate document or can it be a paragraph in WS?
