MSE Credit Club Broken Verification

Hi,

I registered yesterday with the MSE Credit Club and successfully used the wallet workout tool, browsed my credit file, and generally had a good peruse. Very useful information, well laid out.

I tried to log in to the MSE Credit Club today only to be greeted with:
You haven't verified your email address
A new verification email has been sent to your account

Unfortunately we can't let you log in yet as you've not verified your email address.

We sent you an email with a link to do this. If you didn't receive it, or you've deleted it, please use the button below to resend the email - once you've verified your address, you'll be able to log in.

But there is no verification in my email inbox!

I went through all of the normal steps; check spam, check social & promotions folders, ensure email is working, ensure email address is correct on MSE Credit Club. No email!

It's pretty hard to verify my email address when the verification email isn't sent to me! :rotfl:

Can somebody help?

  • I'm in exactly the same boat. Something is clearly not working as intended which is frustrating.

The FAQ button just returns a 404 page not found result. Is anyone able to assist with this?

I have the same issue but while we're waiting the correct link for the FAQs seems to be https://help.creditclub.com/hc/en-us
  • I've been trying every couple of days since Tuesday last week since I signed up. Just tried tonight and it still won't send a verification email. Have checked the usual junk folders etc.

Did anyone have any luck emailing them or is it jsut a case of waiting?
  • Apologies, I should have updated the thread. I emailed and received a reply saying they're aware of the issue and are working on a fix

So am I right in thinking I am not alone in frustration about Credit Club? I've been trying to log in for days but it just says my password is wrong and every time I try and get a new password - nothing happens.

It's very broken. For weeks now searches have had no date. and now when I try and view my report it just times out.

I had a reply this morning as follows
After testing this on our end it appears there's a bug in our automated emails (inc verification and password reset) emails not being sent to our users.

We've now escalated this with our IT team who are working hard to fix this. We'll let you know once it's up and running again.

Judging by the flood of verification emails this morning and the fact I have been able to verify and log onto the site I'd say the problem is sorted :)
  • Also got lots of emails today and can now login okay.
