Damaged Bed Dilemma

I ordered a bed from Time4Sleep for £1050.00 excluding delivery charges which arrived damaged.
After sending them an email I was offered a choice of a partial refund of £75 or an exchange.
This I rejected because I felt having the bed as ordered, without damage, seems a better option for me than a £75 off a £1050 bespoke item.
While the damage is at the rear of the headboard (punctured lining at the back) and not visible I was a bit miffed that proper care was not taken taking into account the cost of my item. I do understand that accidents happen but I also felt £75 refund was adding insult to injury.
They have since come back with a new sum of £120 "in view of good customer service" and they now "believe this to be fair and reasonable".
The other option is ordering a new headboard with a wait time of 4 - 5 weeks.
Putting my hurt feelings aside, is this a reasonable offer?

You'll never be happy long after the £120 is a memory. Accept their offer of a new headboard and wait.0

For something cosmetic, repairable and non-visible in use, it's a reasonable offer IMO, but my opinion doesn't count. It's your ability to live with it which matters!0

How hurt or you? take the money offered,no one will see the back of the headboard and you will have the money to put towards something else.0

Thank you so much guys, for all your advice, it seems this is more of a "which scenario can I live with" deal. And not whats reasonable or unreasonable. Hmmmmm...0

No need to feel insulted. It's a perfectly reasonable offer and you have two good options.0
